  • sometimes siblings are also available for adoption.

Adoption process

We can send Chung Yi a few applications at a time for different age groups according to the organization’s needs.

The adoption application is in two parts. The first-stage application can be sent immediately after receiving the adoption permit. The second-stage application is compiled for the court after the child proposal is approved.

Waiting time

• The estimated waiting time from sending an application to a child proposal is 6 months – 1.5 years.
• After the child proposal, a trip to get to know the child can be expected in 9–11 months.
• The total waiting time is approximately 2–3 years.

A two-part adoption trip

• During the first trip, the applicants get to know the child and participate in court proceedings.
• After 3–4 months, there will be another trip to pick up the child.
• Both trips last about a week.
